Jennifer M. Bell

In creating ARC Insurance, my mission is to create a positive and productive work environment where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered. My goal is to ensure that our office operates smoothly and efficiently. I want a workplace that is not just successful, but also fulfilling and enjoyable. This will allow us all to achieve great things and make a positive impact on our clients, our industry and our community!

Jennifer was born and raised in Northern Kentucky and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Over the years, under Bill and Steve Adkisson, she learned the many roles necessary to a successful independent agency, from CSR to Producer to Agency Management to Owner. She truly loves solving problems quickly and efficiently, making sure the client has everything they need. Jennifer lives in Walton, KY with her wonderful husband, Rob, and their 3 beautiful children, Robby, Evie, and Benny. Jennifer’s passions include fitness and she is an active member of the Faster Way to Fat Loss community. In her free time, you can find Jennifer reading and spending time with family, whether it be camping, hiking, or cheering her kids on at various sporting events! She is also an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, UK Wildcats & Walton-Verona Bearcats!
