Holly E. Schweitzer

Holly is a highly motivated and dedicated professional whose areas of strengths include excellent customer service and relationships, attention to detail, and problem solving. A true Kentucky girl, she grew up on her third-generation family farm in beautiful California, Kentucky. Today, she proudly continues the tradition, living on the same farm with her own family.

She holds fifteen years of combined experience in the construction management & electrical engineering field, seven years in the insurance industry, and more than twenty years of entrepreneurial ventures. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and an Associates Degree in Construction Technology from Northern Kentucky University.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Holly finds joy in various activities, including camping, tropical vacations, volunteering at school, church, community events, attending country music concerts, playing a round of golf, and most importantly cherishing quality time with her husband and three beautiful daughters.
