Daniel J. Siskowic

“Let your need be to help those in need” has been a driving force for Daniel as he continues to navigate his insurance journey and finding a home with ARC Insurance. He has taken his 20+ years of retail sales, management and customer service experience to form a holistic approach to mold a perfect fit for each clients unique situation. While understanding that each person has their own individual needs, Daniel has leveraged his active listening skills and creative concepts to form tailored solutions for each client. He has taken what he has learned along the way in the captive insurance arena and has excelled with empowering client choice by partnering with ARC Insurance and a diverse portfolio of insurance providers. Daniel’s goal is to save his clients time while providing competitive, tailored solutions, reflecting his dedication to exceptional customer service and the pursuit of living and sharing their 'WHY'. 

Beyond his ventures in the professional world, Daniel is a family man at heart. When he’s not behind the desk, in front of clients or on the phone you can often find him on the sideline encouraging his daughter and teammates to realize their goals. Growing up in Northeast Ohio consumed with various sports, he is extremely competitive and always strives for the best version of himself and those around him. 

In his downtime, Daniel also enjoys using his creativity in the kitchen while preparing meals for his daughter, wife and extended family and friends. You’ll often hear him say that “motion creates emotion” but has also learned that it’s ok to take a pause. While pursuing a lifelong goal of helping lead others, Daniel has found that his values perfectly align with a successful career in the insurance industry and most notably, ARC Insurance.
